Terms of Service

The terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Service (Agreement) constitute a legally binding contract between UndressMe AI (We, Our, Us and other similar terms) and apply to the contract with you (User, You, Your and other similar terms) and Your use of the UndressMe artificial intelligence program known as UndressMe AI (Program/Platform).

By signing up for the Service, the User:

• acknowledges and agrees to having had sufficient opportunity to read and understand the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement; and
• warrants that they are over eighteen (18) years old; and
• warrants that:
  • the information provided regarding Your contact information is accurate in all respects; and
  • they will not use the Program for any purpose which is illegal in the country where it is accessed including to:
    • create Non-Consensual Intimate Images (NCII) of Identifiable Individuals;
    • upload Images of Minors to the Program for the purpose of creating one or more Intimate Visual Depictions;
    • upload any Image of an Identifiable Individual for the purpose of creating a Digital Forgery (whether intimate or not) of this person;
    • they have obtained the express written consent of any Identifiable Individual that they upload to the Program for the purpose of creating Sexually Explicit Content.

If You are not prepared to be bound by these terms and conditions, You must immediately leave this website.

2. Welcome to UndressMe.ai

UndressMe.ai is a web-based platform that leverages artificial intelligence to allow Users to create and edit Images. The Program allows Users to create User Generated Content according to their specification and preference through various AI-powered tools.

2.1 Definitions used in this Agreement

The following terms which are capitalised in this document mean:

Agreement means the terms and conditions contained in these Term of Service including any policies or documents incorporated by reference such as our Privacy Statement and the Content Policy contained herein.

Content Policy refers to document containing the rules, standards, and obligations we impose on Users regarding the creation, submission, sharing and use of Content on our platform.

Content broadly refers to the information or substance conveyed through various forms of expression, including text, images, audio, video, and other digital media.

Covered Platform means public websites, online services and applications, and mobile applications that either:

• primarily provide a forum for User-Generated Content; or
• are primarily designed to publish Non-consensual Intimate Visual Depictions as this term is referred to in the Take It Down Act 2025 (US) 47 USC § 223a (2025).

Data means any information which is reduced to electronic form and stored in a computer system.

Digital Forgery means an Intimate Visual Depiction created through technological means.

Distribute includes communicate, exhibit, send, supply or transmit to someone, whether to a particular person or not; and make available for access by someone, whether by a particular person or not; and enter into an agreement or arrangement to do something to distribute and attempt to distribute.

Facial Reference Technology means a feature of the Service that allows a User to upload an Image of a person's face for the purpose of enabling UndressMe AI to generate synthetic Images that incorporate or resemble the facial features, expression or likeness of the referenced individual.

Gem refers to a fungible digital token that may be acquired either:

• through purchase using cryptocurrency or via Telegram-integrated services; or
• by claiming daily allocations through a free collection mechanism,

that are used to create, unlock or enhance User Generated Content on the Platform.

Identifiable Individual means an individual:

• who appears in whole or in part in a Visual Depiction; and
• whose face, likeness, or other distinguishing characteristics (including a unique birthmark or other recognisable feature) is displayed in connection with such Visual Depiction.

Image means both still images and video.

Intimate Image means:

• a moving or still image that depicts:
  • a person engaged in an intimate sexual activity that is not ordinarily done in public; or
  • the person's genital or anal region, when it is bare or covered only by underwear; or
  • if the person is female or a transgender or intersex person who identifies as female, the person's bare breasts.
• includes an image that has been altered to appear to show any of the things mentioned; and
• includes an image depicting a thing mentioned, even if the thing has been digitally obscured, if the person is depicted in a sexual way.

Intimate Visual Depiction means

• a Visual Depiction that depicts the uncovered genitals, pubic area, anus, or post-pubescent female nipple of an Identifiable Individual; or
• the display or transfer of bodily sexual fluids on to any part of the body of an Identifiable Individual.

Intellectual Property means all industrial and intellectual property rights including, without limitation, patents, copyrights, right to extract information from databases, design rights, trade secrets, rights of confidence, and all forms of protection of a similar nature or having similar effect to any of them which may subsist anywhere in the world (whether or not any of them are registered and including applications and the right to make applications for registration of any of them).

Minor means any individual under the age of 18 years.

Non-Consensual Intimate Image (NCII) means any Intimate Image or Intimate Visual Depiction of an Identifiable Individual that is Distributed, published or otherwise made available without the individual's knowledge or consent.

Non-Sexually Explicit Content refers to Content that does not depict or describe sexual acts, nudity in a sexual context, or content intended to arouse sexual interest.

Privacy Statement refers to the document that contains how the Service collects, uses, stores and shares personal information available at https://UndressMe.ai/privacy.

Reference Image means an Image of a consenting individual that is uploaded by a User to the Service for the purpose of enabling the Program to generate Image based on that individual's person's likeness.

Referral Link means a unique URL assigned to a User that may be shared or embedded on webpages to enable the User to earn Gems when a third-party makes a qualifying purchase on the Platform.

Service means the facilities including the Program that are made available to Users to use at the Website.

Sexually Explicit Content refers to Content that depicts or describes sexual acts, nudity in a sexual context, or content intended to arouse sexual interest.

User Generated Content means the output of the Program generated solely by a User of the Program based on what they upload and the description of the image they input.

UndressMe AI means the browser based generative AI that transforms User submitted Content based on preselected video or image assets which is available from the URL: UndressMe.ai

Visual Depiction means any image, video, or visual representation.

Website means the website located at the URL: UndressMe.ai

3. Right to access the Service

On the User agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, UndressMe AI grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Program for all legal purposes, on the terms and conditions contained herein.

4. Service description

4.1 Technical description

• UndressMe AI is a web-based platform that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) to allow Users to create and edit Images. The Platform allows Users to generate both Sexually Explicit Content and Non-Sexually Explicit Content according to their specifications and preferences through various AI-powered tools.

• UndressMe AI is not the producer (whether primary or secondary as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of any of the Content created by the Program.

• UndressMe AI's activities are limited to the hosting of the Program, creating tools for Users to use, transmission, retrieval, and formatting of text-to-image conversions and Image creations generated by third-party Users.

• The Program offers tools for AI-powered Image creation, Image editing and Image generation. Features may be added or removed at any time at Our sole Discretion.

4.2 UndressMe AI is not a Covered Platform

• UndressMe AI does not provide functionality to allow Users to post or publish any of the Content that they create on any part of our Website.
• For the avoidance of doubt, no Images (both Sexually Explicit and Non-Sexually Explicit) appearing on the Website depict actual human beings.
• Furthermore, no Images generated by Users that are derived from or based on Reference Image they upload, are ever displayed on the Website. All Visual Depictions created by Users where they do not upload a Reference Image are synthesized through artificial intelligence algorithms and are therefore exempt from the record keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.

5. Accounts, Gems and prices

5.1 Creation of User accounts

To use the Service, Users must create an account. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5.2 User's responsibility to keep access credentials confidential

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all Content that is generated using it. You agree to immediately notify UndressMe AI of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. UndressMe AI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to keep your access credentials to Your account secure.

5.3 Gem system

All Content (whether images or videos) generated using the Program is created using Gems that are purchased by Users. The number of Gems required to generate Content through the Program varies based on the complexity of the task and the specific features utilized. Each Image created is unique and is not replicated for any other User except for the original User who initiated the request.

5.4 Payment gateway

User agrees to pay all fees associated with the purchase of Gems through our payment gateway. Users acknowledge that the payment gateway may require verification information, and that failure to provide accurate information may result in denial of access to the Program.

5.5 Purchase of Gems

Users may purchase Gems for use in the Program. All purchases of Gems are final and non-refundable.

5.6 User's responsibility to maintain sufficient Gems

Users must maintain a sufficient balance of Gems in their account to generate Content. If the User's balance of Gems is insufficient, they may be required to purchase additional Gems before the Program will process their request.

5.7 Refund policy

All payments made by the User in connection with the Service are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by UndressMe AI in its sole discretion. Any disputes arising from payments or purchases should be directed to UndressMe AI within seven (7) days of the transaction. After this period, the User waives all rights to dispute the transaction.

5.8 Price changes

UndressMe AI reserves the right to change the price of Gems, Image generation pricing, and other fees associated with the Service at any time. Price changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Website or App, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. We are not obligated to provide any refunds or compensation for any price changes that occur after you purchase Gems or other services.

5.9 Packages of Gems offered

UndressMe AI reserves the right to change the number of Gems offered for sale at any time.

5.10 Use of purchased Gems

Gems purchased directly from UndressMe AI may only be used on the Program accessed at the Website unless inventory is shared between services or platforms under the control of UndressMe AI.

5.11 Free Daily Gems

UndressMe AI may offer Users the ability to earn or collect free Gems daily through specific in-app actions. These Gems may be subject to restrictions, such as expiration or limits on usage types. UndressMe AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Free Daily Gems program, or specific features or eligibility requirements, at any time without notice.

5.12 Hourly or Daily usage limit

UndressMe AI may impose limits on the number of tasks, requests, or Credits a User can use within a given time period, when we detect suspicious behaviour. These limits may vary based on factors such as account status, usage history, or tier of service. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time.

5.13 Credits

UndressMe AI platform utilises a dual credit system: Gems for the Web App and Credits for the Telegram bot. Each system functions independently, and balances cannot be transferred between the two platforms at this time. Gems must be used within the Web App environment, while Credits are available exclusively for use via the Telegram bot.

5.14 Task Credits

UndressMe AI may offer Task Credits allowing users to generate content without spending Gems or Credits. Task Credits may be granted as part of promotions, onboarding experiences, or platform testing. Each Task Credit is single-use and expires upon completion of the associated generation task. Unused Task Credits may expire after a certain period, which will be communicated when the credit is granted. Task Credits cannot be redeemed for Gems, Credits, or cash and may have restrictions on the types of tasks they can be used for. UndressMe AI reserves the right to modify or discontinue Task Credits at any time.

6. Account security and user obligations

6.1 Security measures

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your account, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6.2 User covenant of meeting age requirement

By using the Service, the User covenants that they are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in the jurisdiction where they access the Service, whichever is greater.

6.3 External links to third-party services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, including the Google Sign-In authentication system. UndressMe AI is not responsible for the Content or practices of any third-party websites or services linked to or from the Service. The User's use of such third-party websites or services is subject to their terms and conditions and privacy policies.

7. Content Policy

Content broadly refers to the information or substance conveyed through various forms of expression, including text, images, audio, video, and other digital media.

7.1 Age verification process - Images uploaded by Users

UndressMe AI does not and cannot reasonably be expected to review individual Images uploaded by Users to the Program. However, UndressMe AI uses an Age and Gender Estimation AI Model to detect Images of Minors (being people in Images uploaded that are under 18 years of age). UndressMe AI has also taken all reasonable steps to satisfy itself of the veracity and effectiveness of how this AI model detects Images of Minors.

7.2 Facial Reference Technology

When using Facial Reference Technology available through the Service:

• Users may only use their own face, AI generated faces or the face of someone who has provided their express, written consent;
• For faces of others, the User must maintain written records of consent that include the date, scope of permitted use, and the identification of the person providing consent and make these records available to UndressMe AI on request.
• Users must not use face references for any harmful, deceptive, or non-consensual purposes.

7.3 Zero-tolerance for uploading Reference Images of Minors

• Uploading, attempting to edit, create, generate or upload a written description of a Minor to be created using the Program involving Minors (real or simulated), is strictly prohibited and will be blocked when it is detected.
• Where the Program detects that a User has attempted to upload an Image of a Minor:
  • the User's action in attempting upload the Image will be blocked and a message displayed showing that this is "prohibited content";
  • a log of the User's actions in attempting to upload Images of Minors be kept on our servers for a period of up to six (6) years from the date it is detected and make them available to law enforcement on request.
  • the Images and/or written description (written prompt) of Minors detected by the Program, will be immediately deleted and not stored by UndressMe AI.

7.4 Express prohibitions

Users must not upload, create, generate, request, any Content that is illegal or could cause harm, including, but not limited to:

• Content promoting or expressing hate based on identity, using hateful symbols, negative stereotypes, or comparisons of certain groups to animals or objects;
• Content mocking, threatening, or bullying individuals;
• Content depicting violent acts, suffering, or humiliation of others;
• Content promoting or encouraging suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders;
• Content involving child abuse or exploitation, including any Images, videos, or artistic depictions of minors in sexual or suggestive contexts;
• Content depicting rape, sexual assault, or domestic abuse;
• Content that violates anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• Content that is fraudulent or deceptive, including false information or attempts to exploit others;
• Content involving false impersonation or identity theft;
• Content depicting brutal fights, graphic injuries, or human death;
• Content involving bestiality or sexual acts with animals;
• Content depicting sexualized or suggestive images of fictional minors (including "loli", "lolicon", "shota", or similar);
• Non-consensual Intimate Images or videos; and
• Content that promotes terrorism or incites violence against individuals or groups.

7.5 Consequences of breach of this Agreement

If the Program detects repeated attempts by a User to upload Images of Minors or words describing them to create an Intimate Visual Depiction, then:

• the User's account will be suspended;
• the balance of Gems in the User's account will be immediately forfeited;
• the User's right to access the Program will be terminated; and
• the User's membership of UndressMe AI:
  • Referral Link; and/or
  • Affiliate Program (if any) will be terminated resulting in cancellation of the right to earn Gems from any embedded links.

7.6 Other grounds to terminate User accounts

UndressMe AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account and access to the Service at any time, if We have reason to believe, or have been put on notice by a third party that the User is breaching this Agreement or using the Program for any illegal purpose including but not limited to using the Program to create and Distribute Non-Consensual Intimate Images and publishing them on a Covered Platform with the intent to cause harm.

7.7 Measures taken to protect the security of Content created by Users

Content created by Users:

• is temporarily stored and encrypted on secure servers for processing purposes to enable the User to access it;
• is only stored on secure servers for up to 24 hours from the time it is created, after which time it is immediately and irrevocably deleted;
• may be stored in the User's browser locally on their computer.

7.8 Take It Down and NCII removal requests

UndressMe AI maintains a public notice and removal channel for reports of Non-Consensual Intimate Images or videos. To submit a request, visit Take It Down or email [email protected] with the subject line "TAKE IT DOWN Request".

A request should include your full name, contact email, whether you are the person depicted or an authorized representative, information sufficient for us to locate the image or video, a good-faith statement that the content was created, generated, or shared without consent, and your electronic signature. We review valid requests and remove located qualifying content as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after receiving a valid request.

8. Content created by Users

8.1 Ownership

• The User retains ownership of all Content generated using the Service subject to compliance with this Agreement and the laws of the place where the User accesses and uses it.
• All images are generated by our artificial intelligence Program. Any similarities between the generated Content on this site and real people are entirely coincidental.
• All AI-generated individuals are adults.

8.2 Cooperation with law enforcement

UndressMe AI will cooperate with law enforcement where we have received a valid verified request about a User and we have records (user logs) associated with their conduct that breach any of the terms of this Agreement and or our Content Policy.

9. UndressMe AI is not a Covered Platform

UndressMe AI is not a Covered Platform as this term is defined in the Take It Down Act 2025 (US) 47 USC § 223a (2025) as it does not allow Users to publish any of the Images created using the Program. Any Images appearing on the Website have been created by our Program and do not depict real people. Even so, we maintain a public Take It Down process for NCII removal requests at /take-it-down.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service availability

UndressMe AI strives to provide a reliable and continuous Service, but we do not guarantee that it will be available at all times or free from errors or defects.

10.2 No Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. UndressMe AI disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Indemnity

Without prejudice to other rights indemnification rights contained herein, You agree to defend, indemnify and hold UndressMe AI harmless, our affiliates, licensors, and service providers, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of and access to the Service, including your misuse of the Program or the use of any Data or Content You transmit or receive;
• Your breach of any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, your breach of any of the representations and warranties contained herein;
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including, but not limited to, any right of privacy or Intellectual Property rights;
• Your violation of any statute, law, rule, or regulation;
• Any Content that is submitted from your user account, including third-party access with user's unique username, password, or other security measure, if applicable, including, but not limited to, misleading, false, or inaccurate information;
• User's willful misconduct; or
• the User's use of the Service that violates the laws of the country where they access and use it;
• any Illegal acts committed by the User;

11.2 Limitation of liability

UndressMe AI strives to provide a unique AI Image generation experience to Users. However, due to factors beyond our control such as server load, maintenance, or technical issues, the performance of the Image generation process may occasionally be delayed or degraded. Users acknowledge and agree that UndressMe AI is not liable for any delays or reduced performance during the Image generation process.

11.3 Consequential loss

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will UndressMe AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, loss of Data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• the User's inability to access or use the Service at any time;
• conduct of any third party regulator in a country where a User accesses the Service;
• Content created by the Program failing to meet the User's expectations;
• any Content created by the Program based on the User's instructions.

12. Changes to these terms and conditions

12.1 Right to modify

UndressMe AI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice to Users prior to the new terms taking effect.

12.2 Continued use

The User's continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms of Service have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

12.3 Termination by User

Users may terminate their account at any time by following the instructions in the Program. Termination will not entitle Users to any refund of purchased Gems or continue to receive any benefits associated with our Affiliate Program.

12.4 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, the User's right to use the Service ends immediately.

12.5 Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the Country where you access and use the Service, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the Service is also subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

UndressMe AI restricts access to the following countries:

• Afghanistan
• Australia
• Burma/Myanmar
• Central African Republic
• Cuba
• Democratic Republic of the Congo
• Ethiopia
• Haiti
• North Korea
• Somalia
• South Sudan
• Syria
• Iran
• Mali
• Yemen
• Zimbabwe

13. Miscellaneous provisions

13.1 Survival

All provisions of these terms and conditions which by their nature are intended to survive termination, survive termination of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the rights to keep logs of illegal User actions and cooperate with law enforcement on request, rights of ownership of Content created by Users, warranties made by Users, the disclaimers, the indemnity, and the limitations of liability.

13.2 Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and UndressMe AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning its subject matter.
